You may never use another user’s account without prior authorization from The GrindExposure. The GrindExposure will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.
By providing The GrindExposure with your email address, you consent to our use of your email address to send you notices and communications about the website. We may also use your e-mail address to send you notifications and other messages, such as changes to website features, news and special content. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your removal request through our contact information or by using the "unsubscribe" option in the emails. Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason by following the instructions on the website or by sending us their request through our contact information. That termination will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all the personal data granted to The GrindExposure.
The GrindExposure reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if The GrindExposure believes that you have violated any of these terms, provided The GrindExposure with false or misleading information, or interfered with another user's use of the website or service.
3.3. Subscriptions
Creators may offer their content through paid subscriptions. Creators may select the type and number of subscriptions they will offer through their profile and the content they will offer in each subscription. Creators will be able to choose between one-time paid subscriptions or recurring paid subscriptions at certain time periods.
GrindExposure does not direct, represent or control the content or subscriptions offered through the website by the Creators. Creator may in its sole and unfettered discretion decide what content to offer in subscriptions through its user profile. The Creator may determine the price of subscriptions and the billing period for each subscription.
If your subscribers include people under the age of 18 and over the age of 13, you must ensure that they have the permission of their parents or legal guardians to use the platform. Remember that children under the age of 13 cannot use the platform. Make sure you do not have subscribers under 13 years old.
3.4. Commissions
Creators will pay a commission of 20 percent to The GrindExposure from the total amount paid by users for each subscription or subscription payment made within the platform by subscribers. Payment by Creators will be made through the payment processors available on the Website, to the respective Creator's account. Payments will have a processing time of 3 business days after the Subscriber makes the payment of the corresponding subscription. From each payment made for each subscription, the 20 percent corresponding to The GrindExposure's commission will be deducted and the remaining amount will be paid to the respective Creator through the payment processors available on the website, within a maximum of 3 business days. The commission value will be deducted from each payment made by Subscribers before any deduction for applicable fees or taxes.
3.5. User Content
User Creators may provide and upload content and information through the platform. Creators retain any copyright or other rights they may have in the content and information they provide through the website. GrindExposure is not responsible for the accuracy, safety or legality of the content posted on the website by the Creators. The Creator is solely and exclusively responsible for its content and the consequences of its publication. By providing content and information through the website, the Creator grants The GrindExposure a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up right and license to host, store, transfer, perform, reproduce and modify the Creator's content for the sole purpose of using and displaying it within the platform and to the general public.
3.6. User Content Representations and Warranties
GrindExposure disclaims all liability in connection with the content of the Creator. The Creator is solely and exclusively responsible for its content and the consequences of providing content through the platform. By providing and uploading content through the platform, you affirm, represent and warrant that:
a) You are the creator and owner of the content you provide through the website, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to authorize The GrindExposure to publish and display your content through the website.
b) Your user content, and the use of your user content as contemplated by these terms, does not and will not (i) infringe, violate or misappropriate any third party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, right of privacy, right of publicity or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) libels, defames, slanders, libels or invades the right of privacy, publicity or other proprietary rights of any other person; or (iii) causes The GrindExposure to violate any law or regulation.
c) Your content could not be considered by a reasonable person to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.
d) Your content may not contain gambling, games or contests based on chance.
e) Your content does not and will not contain hateful content, threat of physical harm or harassment.
3.7. User Content Disclaimer
The GrindExposure may, at any time and without prior notice, filter, remove, edit or block any user content that, in our judgment, violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. If a user or content owner notifies us that user content allegedly does not conform to these terms, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove the user content, which we reserve the right to do at any time and without notice. You acknowledge and agree that The GrindExposure reserves the right to, and may from time to time, monitor any and all information transmitted or received through the service for operational and other purposes. If at any time The GrindExposure decides to monitor content, The GrindExposure continues to assume no responsibility or liability for the content or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the content. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied and used in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. SUBSCRIBERS
4.1. Registration

4.3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions will depend on the type of subscription chosen by the Creator. Subscriptions may include fixed payments or automatic recurring payments. When a user purchases a subscription, the user agrees and declares to purchase the subscription for the price advertised on the platform at the time of purchase. Please check the price and features of each plan before ordering.
When a user makes the purchase of a plan, The GrindExposure will send a confirmation email. This confirmation email will occur automatically so that the user has confirmation of payment and plan start. If the user does not receive the confirmation email upon purchase of the plan, it may have been sent to their spam folder.
The GrindExposure may cancel the sale of any plan and may change or discontinue the availability of Subscriptions at any time at its sole discretion. The above provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Subscriptions may include automatic recurring payments (monthly or annually). You authorize The GrindExposure to renew your plan and charge you monthly on each billing date. The plan billing date is the date you purchase the plan and make your first payment. On the applicable billing date, you will automatically be charged the applicable plan rate. The plan will remain active until you cancel it or we terminate it. You must cancel your plan before it renews to avoid the next billing period. We will bill you for the applicable plan billing fee in the payment method you choose during plan registration and purchase.
Subscriptions will automatically renew for an additional period unless cancelled prior to the next billing period. To cancel Subscriptions, users will be able to cancel through each user's settings and profile and the plan will be cancelled for the next billing period. If a plan is cancelled, the user will be able to continue using the payment features of the corresponding plan until the next billing period, at which time the plan will be permanently cancelled.
4.4. Prices
The price of the subscriptions available on the website will be determined by the Creators. The price of the subscriptions and their different variants will be available on each Creator's profile.
GrindExposure will use reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to periodically check our website for updated pricing information.
We will always endeavor to keep the prices on the website accurate. However, from time to time pricing errors may occur, including but not limited to human, mechanical or similar errors. If a pricing error is discovered, the user will be informed of the error. User will have the option to reconfirm the purchase of subscriptions at the correct price. The user also has the option to cancel the subscription purchase if not satisfied with the correct price.
4.5. Payments
Subscriptions will be paid via PayPal and Stripe. Payment information will be processed and collected solely and exclusively by the payment processors available on the website (see our privacy policy). Payment will be charged to your credit/debit card or charged to your PayPal balance immediately upon purchase of the subscription. Once the transaction is processed, an electronic receipt will be sent to the same email address you provided during the purchase or user registration process.
If you find any inconsistencies in your billing, please contact us via our contact details or you can submit a complaint via the customer service of the relevant payment processor.
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Your card may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or entering an incorrect security code.
If your payment is declined, you will need to provide an alternative payment method or provide another card on which the payment can be charged and processed.
Your payment details will be handled and protected securely and for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of the products and will be handled, stored and secured by the respective payment processors. The GrindExposure reserves the right to engage any payment platform available in the market, which will process your payment details for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of the products.
5. DISCLAIMER
Content posted and offered by Creators through subscriptions on the website are not offered or provided by The GrindExposure. The GrindExposure's services are limited to providing the website to offer and publish such content. The GrindExposure is at no time responsible for the content or subscriptions offered and posted by the Creators on the website.
The GrindExposure is not responsible for the accuracy, safety or legality of the content offered through subscriptions by the Creators on the website. The GrindExposure makes no representations whatsoever about the content posted and offered through subscriptions on the website by Creator users. The purchase of subscriptions and content published by the Creators is at your own risk and responsibility.
Disputes arising between users will be resolved by the users themselves. The GrindExposure does not accept any claims in relation to the content published and offered through subscriptions on the website by the Creators or for the quality of such content.
The GrindExposure is not liable for damages to the physical or moral integrity of persons, such as injury, death or any other moral damage such as threats, insults and slander that may fall on a natural person, as a result of the communications established on the website. The communications and relationships established between users as a result of any connection within the website are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the users.
In the event that one or more users or any third party initiates any type of claim or legal action against another or other users, each and every one of the users involved in such claims or actions exempt The GrindExposure from any liability.
